If your pet is not obese or hypertrigliceridaemic, they should be able to tolerate a diet between 10-15% fat on a dry matter basis and our treats are ~8% fat on a dry matter basis.
Without knowing specifically how much fat your pet can tolerate with its condition, we ask that you refer to your vet to see if treats with 8% fat on a dry matter basis are suitable and can be incorporated into their diet.
They're actually two grape sized glands under their tail that are scent glands. They're what dogs sniff when they greet each other. But they get blocked regularly!
My dog has an aversion to going to bed at night but this rates as the highest value treat and his all time favourite, so its been easy to switch time of day and now bedtime is no longer dreaded but looked forward to, with the bonus of being beneficial to his well being also.

Bought these in hope of reducing my dog’s bum scooting. It’s been a month now and it has reduced, not totally, but hoping it will soon.
She's only on her second pack so early days but there is a difference in her poop and possibly slightly less scooting. She's got a chicken allergy and can only have the salmon - thankfully she loves them!
Sadly my dog is not a fan of these treats. I leave one out of the packet for awhile as I think the smell is what he doesn't like. With a bit of enticing he will eat and it, seems to be working.
