From here our delivery partners Shippit or Australia Post will take it to your door within 2–8 business days for standard shipments depending on your location (thats 1-2 paws). And if the arrival of the postman wasn’t exciting enough, wait until they see what’s inside!

Express shipping delivers to your door within 1-4 business days depending on your location.

This means a maximum of 11 business days (2 paws and three toes) from placing your order for most locations in Australia with standard shipping.

Snack pack

Hi, my dog loves them, just have to work out when to feed them & not to upset her normal feeding, which is Keble with chicken, kangaroo, meat or salmon ,mixed with vegies, fresh balls.

Thanks Kevin, we are so glad to hear your dogs love the treats. In terms of when to feed, it's really up to you with the In-Betweeners and Daily Boosters. You could provide them when your dogs get their daily meal, or save them for another time in the day. Some owners like to reserve the treats for training, others like to give them 'just-because', and with the nutrition support and health benefits, it's a win-win either way. We hope this helps. Life Changing

This combo of treats have made the most incredible difference to my elderly Cav.

She’s been on them since they were released and I can say without any exaggeration that the Paw chewing, incessant scratching, body odour, flatulence and scooting ARE ALL GONE. She is a different dog.

Treats are great…

The treats are great but please consider:

1. Changing to non-plastic packaging;

2. Putting more in a bag otherwise there’s a lot of packaging wastage going through so many;

3. Being able to use discounts on bundles when regular customer;

4. Having a bundle of daily boosters only

We appreciate you sharing your considerations with us - we are such a young company and truly value and take on board all of the feedback shared with us from our loyal customers.
We are continually working on ways to improve our offering, including viable ways to make our packaging more earth friendly. Changes, updates and solves for these often take time to be implemented as with transition through current on hand packaging.
Bulk or larger packs is also something we are investigating to both better support our customers and the environment.
In regards to extending discounts on bundles, they currently do have a 10% discount, however being a regular customer, you could also look at signing up for a subscription on your favourite treat (which you can pause, change or skip at any time!) as you score 15% of every order. This could solve for the Daily Boosters bundle too so Marlee never runs out of approved treats 😊 🐾
